Recently opened an account at the branch. The beautiful Amanda was overwhelming helpful. I had a million questions and she knew everything. Simply the best. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

the drive thru can run a little slow. You can get quicker service if you park and go inside. All of the employees I have dealt with at this location have been very professional and friendly.

im not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this branch but , my experience there has always been excellent....... i am greeted upon entering & exiting the building , everyones attitude is always positive & professional, & i am in & out fairly quick, the building seems to be new as well & is very clean. Im so confused on how there are such bad reviews for this branch ......... but anyhow i gave them 5 stars they deserve it

The tellers here are polite, ask for Braylon:) He is your best bet here.Also, the branch does well with inclusive hiring practices. The banking assistant who helped me was a Trans woman, who although s/he lacked understanding of simple banking terms,their proper usage, and/or which inquiries were necessary for opening an account, was determined to assist with getting the account opened. Improvements are in order; however, the determination of the staff in this branch is to be acknowledged.

Incompetence at its highest level resides in this branch. Take your business elsewhere if you cherish your time, money, and even low level customer service. Employees in this branch could not care less about their customers. Awful stuff.

A poorly ran location with horrible customer service. Every time I’ve been to this location the bankers act as if their inconvenienced by having to tend to the customers. It’s really fascinating.

Have gone in twice to meet with the bank manager and they said 30 days to correct the fraud on my card due to theft. 60 days later and nothing has been done they just keep adding on time. every time I call they say they are with a client and cannot help and will call back and never do

Called them prior to visiting, but no one care to pick up. Waited 2 hours for them to take just a copy of my document. Banker extremely rude. I can hear their conversation while waiting for service at the lobby.

The staff especially Branch Manager Corliss is clearly not up to date on latest information pertaining to conversion of technology due to merger. I’ve been on hold a total of 3 plus hours to deal with personal and business accounts. After 20 years it’s time to change banks.

The tellers at this location are rude, offer extremely slow service and act as though they are doing you a favor. The branch manager is also rude. Do your self a favor and go down the street to the Chamblee location. They are kind and professional and quick. All the employees back there cars in here and take all of the front parking spots instead of parking on the side of the building.

I know Covid is an issue and drive through is preferred but... yesterday there was one lane open, I waited a total of 20 minutes behind someone who was doing whatever. Sorry, but the manager of this branch needs to get the staff organized and look out the window at the line of cars!
