Incompetence at its highest level resides in this branch. Take your business elsewhere if you cherish your time, money, and even low level customer service. Employees in this branch could not care less about their customers. Awful stuff.

A poorly ran location with horrible customer service. Every time I’ve been to this location the bankers act as if their inconvenienced by having to tend to the customers. It’s really fascinating.

Have gone in twice to meet with the bank manager and they said 30 days to correct the fraud on my card due to theft. 60 days later and nothing has been done they just keep adding on time. every time I call they say they are with a client and cannot help and will call back and never do
