DONT GO HERE!!! I have never been so humiliated at all my life. This discriminatory behavior that Roberto showed in the indifference of the entire staff was far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in the banking industry. All I wanted to do was get a money order for my rent and deposit money into my new account. I was treated and talked to as if I was his child. I called corporate to file a complaint yet no one has contacted me back. My father is a lawyer, and I think it’s time that I reach out to him because an apology is needed for the way I was treated.

i tried applying for a loan here, and they wont answer phone calls until you call 30 times... never get replies to any emails i send, have to keep calling to get updates on application instead of the person responsible for it just calling me or sending me an email to let me know... Just so unprofessional, and disrespectful, because while I kept waiting for answers, I could have just applied somewhere else and have been treated better as well. disappointed.

I strongly disagree with charging customers who don’t have an account to cash a check that’s written from your institution. Definitely doesn’t make me want to open an account and now I have to make it harder on the person who IS a customer of yours for my payments because I’m not paying a fee to receive my own money.

I tried to open an account here. The bank employee made a data entry error, when she put my info into the system. This resulted in the bank manager calling my bewildered employer to "verify my income", and then accusing me of lying about my SSN. Of course I took my business elsewhere. They were unnecessarily rude, considering the mistake was theirs.

Inconvenient and inefficient. Have had to wait 40+ minutes to meet with a banker every time I’ve visited.

Great experience at this branch with Farimah. Had a not so good experience with another branch and she made me feel better about banking with Truist and fixed the issue I was experiencing within the next day.

Shanequa (not sure on spelling) was amazing. I had several issues I needed handled at the bank and she handled them all with care. She was very patient and helpful!

The transition has been a nightmare. I wasted 3 hours trying to figure out how to send an international wire and was given the wrong information from numerous phone reps. The branch does not pick up either, even though I left them a message. Time to move to another bank.

I had two occurrences at this branch the first was with Farimah. The worst customer service experience in my life. I had been a victim of fraud and she spoke to me terribly . No compassion. Down right rude.The second was Jean-Marie, an angel. Professional, intelligent, courteous. I hope this bank knows how valuable an asset he is. He saved my business. I’m not done yet. It’s been a traumatic week being a victim of fraud. I fully intend to get to the highest level I can to report Farimah and gives the praises to Jean-Marie that he so deserves. Remember , treat people kindly. It cost nothing to be kind.

The worst experience at a bank I’ve had in my life. When i got there i waited 30 minutes just so Mr. Jean-Marie V. Gabou can be super rude to me for no reason at all.
