I would highly recommend working with this branch. I recently moved the majority of my business to Truist Bank and the bankers at this location have been extremely helpful with the transition. Banker Trellis goes above an beyond to make sure all of our needs are addressed.

Don't bother coming in here. 1 teller working and will take 45 minutes to accomplish anything.They don't return voicemails either if you try to and contact them by phone. Got them to pickup once after calling several times over a few day period.

We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
