I had the worst customer service in lovejoy ga mcdonaha rd. Refused to service me to pick up my warranty phone and nothing was done about it and no body could over ride her so I guess she /he owns the store. I AM DONE WITH T-Mobile

Terrible customer service! They dont understand simple math! They offer 500$ discount but it not the real amount applied!!!! After 5 years, definitely changing my provider!!!
