Title: Midtown Target: A Disappointing Shopping Experience Located in the heart of Midtown, Target is often hailed as a go-to destination for all things retail. However, my recent visit to the Midtown Target left me feeling underwhelmed and frustrated, with a notable lack of customer service and organizational issues plaguing the shopping experience. One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the lack of customer service throughout the store. As I navigated the aisles in search of various items on my shopping list, I found myself struggling to find assistance when needed. Staff members were few and far between, and those who were present seemed preoccupied or disinterested in helping customers. It was a stark departure from the attentive and helpful service I've come to expect from Target. Additionally, the self-checkout experience was marred by an uncomfortable level of intrusion from the young lady overseeing the area. Instead of providing assistance when needed, she seemed to hover over customers' backs, creating a sense of unease and discomfort. Her presence felt more like surveillance than assistance, detracting from the convenience of self-checkout. Organizational issues further compounded the frustrations of my shopping experience. Empty and unorganized shelves were a common sight throughout the store, making it difficult to locate items or find the specific products I needed. It was evident that the store was not adequately restocked or maintained, leading to a chaotic and unappealing shopping environment. In conclusion, my visit to Midtown Target was marked by a disappointing lack of customer service, uncomfortable interactions at self-checkout, and organizational shortcomings. While Target has long been regarded as a reliable retail destination, the issues I encountered during my visit underscore the importance of attentive staff, efficient operations, and a commitment to maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. It's my hope that Target addresses these issues promptly to restore its reputation as a preferred shopping destination in Midtown.

I’ve been going to CVS For over 30 years, before it was CVS I actually used to work there during college ,and I have not once received bad service from the pharmacy until today 395 18th St., Soraya I think that was her name I called at 2:15 on Sunday, February 4. She should not be on the phones today.Worse Service ever

I had a slip and fall inside of their parking lot and missed three weeks of work, as well as physical therapy for my knee. They refused my claim as to say I should have noticed the oil on the ground. Who are they to tell me that I don't have problems with my site, or that as any other person in their phone. So I assume they rather me walk in the middle of the street vs walking on the edge of the cars that are parked in the garage. I will be pursuing legal action. On top of it all, I still continue to shop at the target after my injury. Forget target, I'm coming for you.

The food department is absolutely unsanitary y’all should for sure be shut down with all that mold in the fridges and the smells that is coming from the fridge as well. I put all my food down and left the store after seeing that there is no way in hell that isn’t a health code violation will absolutely be reporting this to corporate! If I could give you 0 stars I absolutely would.

Very clean and organized store. Haven't had any problems in that area. The parking has always been a struggle but that's due to the space. When in the area we usually visit. Family enjoys it.

Idiots gave me half of my pickup order/half torn box doll set…. I didn’t realize until I got home because I am a busy woman. Unfortunately, I didn’t check but I shouldn’t have to. So, a $100 doll set that I paid for was missing four dolls… that my god daughter may not be able to play with

Big unattractive black lady named Z and awful Filled with nothing but attitude M are the worst pair. Won’t give their real name which is the biggest customer service no no. I know Ms real name is Mel because Z called her that before she realized I was filing a complaint but not sure what Z (Big Bertha)s real name is. Mel left me at the front for Big Bertha to finish because she didn’t like the way I touched the screen. Corporate get rid of these 2 at the Returns desk and hire well trained monkeys who can do the job a lot better for much less. Will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint also (picture of big Bertha with the bad customer service below).
