Employees like Tyler provide excellent service, being friendly, talkative, and helpful at checkout. However, some experiences have been less positive, such as long wait times for pickup and unavailability of items listed as in stock, leading to frustration. The pickup process can be slow, with customers waiting for a long time, and some staff members at Starbucks have been described as slow and rude. Despite these issues, Target remains a favorite for many shoppers who value its good environment and helpful staff.
Today I came looking for a microwave, and I didn’t see the one I wanted on the shelf. I approached Dion and he went out of his way to check the back, and then check the barcode to verify. I was able to leave with the one I needed.

Ordered a bunch of items for my daughter’s dorm move in for drive up pick up. There was at least 10 items missing. Thank goodness we double checked everything before we left for Auburn, AL.

I faced discrimination/profiling from this security because I'm a Black man! He only checked certain customers mostly black men for their receipts and bypass others pending. I felt very profiled by this security that I almost don't want to go to that location anymore. See video!
