The Georgian Terrace is a historic hotel in Atlanta that offers a memorable experience for its guests. Located close to many attractions, restaurants, and Georgia Tech, the hotel’s location is highly praised. Guests enjoy the charming old building and its rich history, including stories about a speakeasy and famous cast parties, which add to the unique atmosphere. The staff at The Georgian Terrace are generally friendly, attentive, and eager to make guests feel welcome. The valet, bellmen, and front desk teams are especially appreciated for their kindness and professionalism. The hotel’s rooms vary in condition. Many guests find the rooms clean and comfortable, especially the two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments, which are in good shape. However, some larger three-bedroom apartments are run down, with issues like water damage, dirty furniture, and uncomfortable beds. Despite this, the hotel’s amenities and beautiful rooftop gym with city views are well-liked. The service from staff during special events, such as weddings, is outstanding. The event staff, especially the event coordinator, are praised for their organization and support, making celebrations even more special. Guests also highlight the excellent breakfast at Livingston, with its delicious food and attentive staff. Overall, The Georgian Terrace is considered a great place to stay, especially for those who appreciate historic buildings, good service, and a lively Atlanta location. Despite some minor issues, many guests return and highly recommend it for a memorable stay.
We had ants in our bathrooms and the hotel needs some cosmetic updates. Parking is $50+ per day per car.

Definitely an historic, lovely building. Rooms are spacious. A little worn off but good enough for the price I think. Good service but some of the reception could be better. Good food and service in the bar and restaurant. Overall a good stay!
