Wow! Did a staycation at the Ritz for one night and had the absolute best experience. From the curbside service to the front desk, the service was outstanding. Natalia greeted us with champagne as we checked in, and was so friendly. Can’t wait to return!

My ironing board was gross with blood stains. Their rooms don’t have refrigerators. So bizarre. Gym was great.
