With more than 1,200 stores spanning 49 states and Puerto Rico, T.J.Maxx offers customers a unique shopping experience. Customers have praised the store's clean and organized layout, with everything seeming to be there on purpose, unlike the outdated fashion and irregular clothes found at other similar retailers. The store is also well-stocked, making it a great spot to find random items, including pet supplies and toys. While some customers have noted the store can be understaffed, leading to difficulty in getting help, the overall customer service experience has been positive, with one customer highlighting the wonderful service they received.

Going early was a great choice. Security is upfront but not friendly. It was a little disorderly. I didn't find anything during this visit but there were options. They do have the designer section.
