“I stopped by Macy’s at Cumberland today and had such a great experience in the On 34th clothing department. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Yolanda, and she was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t even planning on going into Macy’s, but I’m so glad I did. Her customer service was excellent—she was welcoming, helpful, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. “We have visited the Dillard’s store at Perimeter Mall on several occasions, primarily to shop for reasonably priced jeans and Tommy Bahama apparel. On this visit, however, we expanded our search and purchased Hugo Boss merchandise.
We had the pleasure of working with Myron, whose customer service was exceptional. He was refined, gracious, and extremely knowledgeable. Although soft-spoken, he possessed a quiet confidence that made him an effective salesperson and mentor. It was especially impressive to see him patiently assist and guide a more seasoned associate, who clearly appreciated his expertise.

“I lost my bag when I was trying on dresses and accidentally tangled it up onto the go back rack in the Women’s dress dept — panic stricken and frantic. Andrea and her team Elaina, Tia, and Kaylse have been wonderful and assisting me in taking the steps to find it. “We had the most awesome experience at this particular HomeGoods location (Howell Mill). A few weeks ago 2 amazing ladies made our day.
It was late and the store was about to close and we explained how far we travel just to get a specific piece of Furniture that was in stock only at that specific location, Lisssa and Saint still gave us the opportunity to come in and grab what we needed. This really made my husband and I fell appreciate. Thank you ladies you represent your company really well and we greatly appreciate you.

“WOW! What a difference a year can make!
Today, I stopped by my local TJ Maxx on a whim after avoiding it for over a year. Previously, it felt overwhelming, disorganized, and difficult to shop. Since I was already in the area, I decided to give it another chance—and I am so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The store was beautifully organized, clean, well-stocked, and inviting. The merchandise was thoughtfully displayed, and every team member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
I was so impressed that I made it a point to find the manager, Kim, and personally thank her. Kim, you have done an incredible job! Your leadership and attention to detail are clearly reflected throughout the entire store.
It's refreshing to see a business take such pride in serving its community. What was once a store I avoided has become a destination I'll gladly support again. No more driving across town for me!

“I recently visited the Marshalls Lindbergh, Atlanta location to browse their sale sections in plus size women's clothing and kids' clothing and was pleasantly surprised. I typically do not find anything for myself in the plus size section at Marshalls stores and find pricing to be a bit high even on the discounted items, I found a pair of Kasper dress slacks marked down pretty reasonable considering comparable retail price at other retailers and they fit great (no tailoring needed). The dressing room attendant was friendly & I appreciated the spacious area for try ons. They even had family rooms to use for trying on with your little ones.
I was also able to grab a few boy clothing items for my son and truly liked the selection offered for his size. They had cute matching sets and separates for kids up to size 14 and a good clearance variety.
At the time I saw brands Nike, Adidas & Champion in this section along with others.
My hubby did not find much that he liked in the men's clothing section or pets area (i.e. dog treats).
Sales tax is currently higher in this area than in other parts of Atlanta/Metro Atlanta (8.9%), but overall I was content with my experience.”

“I stopped by at this location that close to my aunt house to return woman’s shoe that i got from other location where is far and i just realize that it was wore by someone by just look at the back of the shoe at the same time that i already paid. Kind of hurry that day when i need that shoe for my daughter. Beside , it won’ t fi hers. Than make a return at Caroline location where the manager who was so kind. She listened all my issue, honestly i understand that it could not be return id you already worn them. But a par of shoes are in the same condition tied together with three price tag(as in photo). She listened to me and make decision to get me a refund. My pleasure is not about the refund at all but she has good mindset that someone may wore them abs return and no one realize as same as me. I could not remember her name. She is a manager on floor between 4:30 pm on Friday when I was there and she was very helpful.

“T.J.Maxx is one of those places where every visit feels like a little shopping adventure. If you love the thrill of the hunt, this is your store. You never know what you're going to find — designer brands, home décor, skincare, and seasonal items — all at discounted prices.
The clothing selection can be hit-or-miss, depending on the day and the store location, but when you score, you really score. I’ve found quality pieces from big brands at a fraction of the retail price. The shoe section is also worth browsing — lots of surprises there if you're willing to dig.
One of my favorite parts of T.J.Maxx? The home section. From cozy throws to stylish kitchenware and candles, it's easy to upgrade your space without breaking the bank. And the beauty aisle is full of skincare gems and high-end products you’d normally find at department stores.
The downside? It can feel a bit chaotic at times — racks can be overcrowded and not always super organized. But that’s part of the experience. If you're patient, the payoff is worth it.”
