I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”

“Williams that was driving the bus FL 86698 was very pleasant and kept everyone informed on what was going on she treated everyone with respect. I stop riding Greyhound due to the drivers being mean and treating passengers like criminals so I stop riding but since Williams was very pleasant shes bringing me BK as a customer she deserves a raise”
