U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers truck rentals, trailers, and cargo vans for local or one-way moves, along with moving supplies and online reservations for U-Box containers. Customers appreciate the courteous and helpful staff, with specific praise for employees like Teesha, who provided amazing customer service from start to finish. The location is noted for its easy access and convenience near freeways. While many reviews highlight great customer service and support, there are concerns about discrepancies between online and in-store prices, along with cleanliness issues of the rental trucks. Additionally, the mobile check-in could be improved, as customers still need to visit the store. Overall, U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is recommended for its friendly service and good selection of rental options.
