“I had got in a car accident a while ago, went to a DIFFERENT shop ( NOT D&I ) that did a quick fix and I ended up hating the fix and soooo I Googled and found D&I & saw the great reviews and they helped me at an amazing price. All the other shops I went to were super expensive and the estimate time frame was super long. D&I turn around time was fast, they never ignored me, told (Ashley) me the truth about everything that was wrong with my car & still helped me with a good price.. 2nd picture on the right is their work! “Over the weekend I had a dead battery and the employees went above and beyond to get my car back up and running. Malcom really over-served by doing the installation on what turned out to not be a simple one. The manager there when I first arrived was patient and worked with me to find what I needed. I went back a few days later to test the battery and my alternator and that was also smooth and efficient. I appreciate all of the help that I got from everyone involved.”
“My motorcycle broke down in the middle of a busy road, so I had to call for emergency motorcycle towing. In less than 40 minutes, they sent a car after I called. The driver was very skilled, made sure my bike was safe, and gave me the best way to get to the repair shop. They even claimed they offer special vehicle towing, which is great for folks who have cars that aren't normal. I liked that the rates were obvious because dealing with automotive problems that come up out of the blue is stressful enough. Overall, the process was quick, professional, and didn't make a tense situation worse. I would absolutely call them again if I needed to.”

“I busted my tire driving over a rock and completely destroyed my wheel! So, I had to leave my car and go to work (cuz I am broke!!!). As soon as I clocked out I called A-1 towing and just by the phone call I could feel my worries melting away.
