Initially I had a great experience, returned the truck and then staff asked me to write a review before leaving and they would take care of the rest of the return process. I gave a 5-star review and left. Yesterday I got a call from u-haul saying I never returned the vehicle and got charged an extra $89 for going over on my contract. I’m sure it was just a mix up. Then today I got a receipt with the additional $89 plus another $20 for gas that I already replaced in the vehicle! I tried to call but the number seems to be disconnected. I have photos to prove the gas meter and mileage as well. This place seems like a scam - be careful.

Horrible customer service. This is people are way far from “professional attitude” This people Just don’t care, wasting time to get paid and watching tiktok - dear employer please pay attention to your staff.

Don’t go here! Rude staff, waste of time, stole our money. We needed a 10 foot truck to grab some Facebook marketplace items. When we got there, we had to answer about 15 questions and he could not have looked any less interested the entire time. we get our truck, we grab all the items, we load them into our home, then fill up the truck and bring it back. I go inside to return the key and the staff at the desk says to just scan the QR code outside and follow those instructions. I don’t have a phone — I ask him about it and he says “You’ll get charged $20.” You’re telling me that a nationwide rental place doesn’t have a way to have the staff check in the vehicle themselves? They’re too busy watching TV and chatting with their friends inside to even bother, then cheat people out of their money because they’re too lazy. We did not need a cell phone to check out our rental and no one told us that we would need one to check one in. I thought that U-Haul would have great service, but apparently I was wrong. Don’t go here!

I will never you U-Haul again. Charged a $20 fee for returning truck before contract ended, retuning truck same day instead of waiting until it was due the next morning. I put more gas in then when receiving truck but of course no credit for that. So a $19.95 truck rental becomes a $72 charge to my credit card. Such a ripoff and I will never use this company again.
Ps: The facility and its employees were great.

We reserved our truck days in advance, paid a deposit, and had a day of confirmation. We even called them to double check day of it would be available and the location said yes. We arrive and the people in front of us are asking if they can keep the truck longer than their reservation period of 3pm and the person at the desk says they can keep it until 10am the next day. They then turn around and tell us our truck isn’t available because people haven’t brought back the trucks on time. After I just heard them say these people could keep it well after the time they are supposed to return it. We were directed to a different location and to call uhaul, who said they don’t have any trucks within a 15 mile radius. So now we don’t have a truck that we reserved in advance and we’re guaranteed, presumably because they are allowing people to keep their trucks 19 hours past the time they’re supposed to return it.

My trailer was not installed correctly. As a result, it detached from my vehicle while I was driving in rush hour traffic.

I reserved a 10' box truck and was given confirmation that the vehicle would be available at the location at the time I requested for pick up. When I arrived on-time, I went through the mobile check-in process. At the end, after I located the vehicle, the app instructed me to go to the front desk, skip the line, and ask for the keys. The representative told me I can't skip the line. I showed him the screen which instructed me to do so. He asked for my name and looked up my reservation. After a few minutes, he said he couldn't find my reservation and that the vehicle I reserved was given to someone else. I had to call U-Haul customer service and speak with a dispatch manager to get the representative at this location to give me a new vehicle. After an hour of delay, I was finally given a vehicle. This is very poor customer service.

Teesha helped us from start to finish. Her customer service was amazing. From now on if I need a U-Haul I will go to that location. Also the location was easy to get in and out which was great!!! Thank you Teesha!!

We made a reservation for the truck, but when we arrived they told us they don’t have the size of the truck we want. We need to reschedule and go to another place to pick up the truck. U-Haul is really waste our precious time without a heads up notice or call when we made the reservation.
