Horrible location & workers are not helpful. I was looking for a specific item & wasn’t able to locate it in the area of the brand. I showed rep pic & she said “Oh that’s Sephora” & walked away.. Yeah the pic is but NARS isn’t just there.
I ended up with a lady who continuously mentioned how older ladies look older when they wear some types of makeup. Mind you I was completely barefaced and so was she. I they were ALL pushing to sell “Dibbs” makeup. All of them were suggesting to ppl. Maybe Dibbs has stock in Ulta

Do not shop at this Ulta. Came in to buy something to redeem my birthday gift (July 30th was my birthday, and the first woman I asked said it was past the time by a week but she would still see what they had. When I got to register I explained to the woman checking me out what the first woman said. She said we cannot give you anything because you are a week late in a rude tone. She could have offered me something small or at least been nice about it. I rarely write reviews when it’s a bad experience but as someone who works in customer service I was shocked. Shop at Sephora because they are way more lenient on your birthday gift or at least shop at any other Ulta. Also it’s just messy in there.
I think it def was a manager on duty because the woman who said she would see what she could do was next to her and said nothing. Which I understand if she isn’t the one who can make the final decision, but she was at least nice about saying I was past the date. I originally even said that I understood, and she was the one who said “I’ll see what I have for you.”
My issue is with the supervisor who was on the shift and just how rude she came off.

Probably my worst Ulta experience. From the moment we walked in, I had a feeling it wouldn’t go well and I was correct. We weren’t greeted, acknowledged, or offered help the entire time. The sales associate was not only unhelpful but also noticeably snarky. The energy felt off, like we were bothering them just by being there. Definitely won’t be returning. Management needs to step up and address the way customers are being treated.

This store has all of the great items I can't easily purchase on my island but I was taken back this last visit since they would not take the dollar coins given back to me from the machine at the Marta train Station. It was US currency but the manager at Ulta said they can not accept them. Help me understand why a store will take cash but refuse their countries minted dollar coins. I feel the manager could have been nicer as well. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. Shortly after, a staff member kindly asked if I needed help finding anything and quickly directed me to what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Overall, a great experience!

I just left this location and they were very rude to me. There’s a lady in there with red hair. She has a red ponytail. I asked her a question and she could not get away from me any faster. I mean, she rolled her eyes and she and she puffed as well. I put all of my products back and I’ll just be ordering from the companies directly online

We were greeted coming in. Store was very organized and we found the items we needed. Not the most friendly workers though. Employee in dark purple dress didn't really have any sense of customer service. Very bland, looked like she wanted to go home.

Jasmine saved my day! I had hired a make up artist to come to my house to do my makeup for my engagement pictures and she canceled an hour beforehand so I made an appointment at Ulta with an artist at 12 and needed to be at my pictures at 2 that particular artist was running about 45 minutes late and I was in a huge time crunch. Jasmine made availability for me and did my make up quickly yet beautifully and I felt super confident at my photos. I could never thank Jasmine enough! 🙏🏼

This is my experience at this location for a first time Keratin treatment.The hairstylist who attended to me began by discussing what my expectations would be for the visit in the beginning.During my response I asked for my hair not to be ripped out and I also asked for gentleness during the process however I received the opposite of gentleness. The hairstylist began detangling my hair while dry ,and when I asked for water to be used she told me that water would disrupt the products she would utilize and continued to detangle dry.When the time came to utilize the blow dryer after washing ,she hurt me ,I had to ask her to hold the the bottom of the section of hair as she combed through it using the blow dryer . Despite me consistently asking for my hair and scalp to be treated gently it was still rough to a point when it got even worse and I asked her to stop and suggested other better way to blow dry my hair without hurting my scalp ,as she proceeded she said something that hurts my heart .She told me I should ask God for different hair then quickly turned around and told me to ask God for my scalp not to be tender headed.Imagine a black woman saying this to another black woman.Imagine someone who is supposed to be a professional saying this to a client.No one should ever say this to anyone regardless of race.At that point all the other hair dressers had left for the evening she was the only one in the salon area the store staff was upfront.I responded to her by telling her I would never ask God to change my hair because I am happy with how he created it .In a nutshell it dawned on me that I had actually been attended to by someone who is passive aggressive.She never used a harsh tone of voice but she sure used demeaning aggressive words .That's one black woman saying to another black woman that she should ask God for different hair.That is someone who is supposed to be a professional saying such words to a client.That is one human saying this to another human.I am utterly disappointed.She has a lot of self hate for herself and she is projecting that hate unto customers.To anyone seeking to do a Keratin treatment, you are better off doing it yourself at home don't waste your $200 .

I have been shopping at Ulta for years. One thing about Ulta is you can buy stuff use the product and return it if you don’t like it. The other thing about Ulta is whatever you buy and you have a phone number they have all your purchases on their computer system when you make purchases. I went into this location today with no receipt, but remind you they have my history transaction on the computer system the last even told me I paid with cash. The cashier refused to give me my money back asked to speak to a manager and they offered me a merchandise gift card. After seeing that I paid with cash. The cashier was acting funny towards me as soon as I stepped up to the counter. I have spent thousands of of dollars with Ulta. They may have lost a customer after this experience. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
