So disappointed in this location! My LLC personal mailbox could not have equipment delivered. I come to pick up my packages for this location and the disinterested Black girl at the counter proceeds to fraudulently check off that she gave me two packages instead of the one she gave me. I don’t know if she is stealing packages or what, but thankfully I called the store and they confirmed that she is a fraud. I would go to FedEx for a more professional service! To make matters worse the Caucasian worker Ronald is the most unprofessional with unwanted conversations with customers that is personal and violates boundaries.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Biviana! When the QR code from the UPS app wouldn’t scan, she was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. She took the time to troubleshoot the issue and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. Excellent customer service,

On 5/15, I paid to have a package delivered 5/17. It was a framed piece of art. When I called on 5/17 to see where the package had gone (because the tracking information never updated online), the worker told me that he was looking at my art in front of him. When I called today to see if they were able to ship it yesterday, the woman said she was too busy to look into it and never called me back. At this point, I would just like to have my art back.

Update your website with the correct hours. It doesn't actually open until 9 AM, Monday through Friday. This is frustrating for people trying to drop off before work.

Chuck’s customer service was amazing. Very kind and energetic. I had a total of 5 returns and he was so patient and friendly. Need more ppl like him in customer service roles!

This is the worst UPS Store in Atlanta. They want $4 to print off a table for you. Fedex will print it for free. Then they would not accept my package because they said it was a gun. It was only a stock in the manufacture packaging. I tried to explain it was just a stock and not an actual rifle. They refused to accept it. The UPS store on 10th St. accepted it, no problem. I even asked and was told that it's not UPS policy to refuse gun or gun part shipments as long as it was a legal item. What can brown do for you? Nothing.

Monet was great, but Chuck (Account Executive) was awful. Always talking over me and I was able to achieve the printing needs by guiding him along the way.
