Staff was friendly enough, but this location charges $4 to print your label for you, which is not standard across UPS Stores. This is the first time I’ve ever had UPS charge me to print a label. So print your label at home or go elsewhere.

Dael at the Howell mill location in Atlanta Georgia was incredible. I forgot a card for my mom’s bday gift and she immediately offered one of her personal ones. She then ensured my gift would be delivered the next day. It was an incredible experience

I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Biviana! When the QR code from the UPS app wouldn’t scan, she was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful.
