“I brought my 2020 Malibu in to them on Monday 10/23/2023. First off they're very professional and greet you as soon as they see you. I usually take my car to Superior Chevrolet because that’s where I bought it from and also it’s closer to my house but after my pleasant experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet , I will not be returning to superior what so ever. Nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them. Prior to me bringing my car in this month I literally just got my car out of the shop from superior approximately about 2 1/2 months ago. They never told me my battery was going out , I needed new brakes and other issues that was going wrong with my vehicle. but here they were very honest with me about the things I needed done. Loan took care of me and kept me up to date about my vehicle. She even offered transportation to and from the dealership due to me not having my car and I appreciated the nice gesture. Superior would’ve never even offered that to their customers. I thought it was gonna be in the shop for weeks due to the strike but thank god it was only in the shop for 5 days I received my car back Friday. I just want to thank everyone at Jim Ellis especially Loan , I appreciate yall for taking care of me. I will be a returning customer ?”

“Let me just start off by saying I was not the easier customer but from day one everyone has made sure I was taken care of. From management to accounting/finance, to repairs, everybody working there is professional , diligent and straight to the point with getting you the help you need. I purchased my vehicle from them with $500 down… it seriously was the easiest car buying purchase that I could’ve had. My car had a few issues in the beginning but they fixed it and ordered the parts, free of cost. They got it handled in one day. Ms. Sandra is the accounting manager and she seriously is the GOAT. She’s extremely intelligent and knows how to ensure customers are getting the best coverage, and monthly payments for their car. I recently got into a horrible car accident but thanks to her, I had additional coverage on my car, making me eligible to purchase another vehicle through them. I really had my doubts in the beginning because I was purchasing from a buy here pay here but there’s no scams or gimmicks, they really will take care of you.
