“Fast and friendly is exactly the service they provide. Everyone is very efficient and they had me in and out the same day and all of the workers were very nice and accommodating. If you are in the ATL area or even out of state, make that drive to come get your car serviced here. It’s a one stop shop!”

“This is my second vehicle purchase with them and I can clearly say I will go for a third car if possible. In the beginning of purchasing my second back in during covid, there wasn't many cars in the lot, but I ended up getting me a nice vehicle anyway. Now we did have some issues with the vehicle that we had to return it back and get fix but Steve and his crew got on it immediately. Now I can say we don't have that problem anymore. They are very patience and understanding when it comes to payment arrangement and all. I definitely enjoy speaking to Margaret everything I call to make a payment, she keeps on my toes to make everything is up to date and on point. So for that I thank you Margaret. To my salesmen Keith (I hope I said his name right) , I want to thank you for getting in my second vehicle. From the moment when I first entered and got my first back in 2016 or 2017 to now my second car you have nothing more but patience, kind, and very informative. Im very much thinking about coming for a third car, something more bigger and better. I hope you have something in the lot ready for me.”

“I had a great experience speaking with Aseem at Nations Best Autos! Even though I wasn’t able to make it to purchase the vehicle in time (no one’s fault in particular), he was extremely knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. He accurately described the car’s condition, including minor imperfections, and took the time to explain any out-of-state purchasing process questions I had. Although he was not present at the time, he took my call from home and even had one of his associates send me two detailed videos in a walk around before I decided to make the drive. I especially appreciated how straightforward he was about pricing and what he needed to the deal work for both of us. I value honesty, and Aseem was refreshingly upfront from the start. I’d gladly work with Aseem and Nations Best Autos again in the future.”

“Very happy with the 2014 Acura MDX we just purchased...I had a concern with a noise in the right front end and they replaced the struts at parts cost with no labor charge, which is more than fair...much cheaper than if I had to take it somewhere else after the purchase. Great job guys...definitely will be checking your car listings for future purchases!!!”

“LexTechs Decatur provide quality and reliable service. They usually are able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I've gotten premium service, without paying the dealership price. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking when leaving your vehicle and they only provide shuttle services within 5 miles.”

“I bought a car from here back in 2016 an ’08 Cadillac CTS and it’s still running strong to this day. Mr. Clifford and his staff have always been good people and treated me right from the beginning. I should’ve left this review a long time ago, but after recently reconnecting with him, I was reminded why I appreciated doing business here in the first place. He’s always been helpful, professional, and genuine. It’s hard to find people in the car business who truly care, and Mr. Clifford is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!”

“I bought my Nissan Altima from John around June/July of last year, and it has been one of the best decisions I made. The car has been very reliable and has never given me any problems besides normal things like oil changes. It has always gotten me home safely. Him and his brother were both so kind and patient with me during the whole process. Even after I bought the car, he still took the time to answer my questions when I reached out, which meant a lot. Whenever anyone asks me about buying a car, he’s the only person I recommend. I truly appreciate the honesty and care they showed”

“Car sales is a competitive business. There are several car lots within the neighborhood, each competing for the same customers. Majority of the time other dealerships will make fake representation to smear the reputation of another dealership just to get ahead of the competition.Secondly, what has a business name got to do with the great services provided? What is most important is the quality of cars sold at this car lot? How many complaints have been made about the quality of cars sold at this car lot? Almost none. It is a known fact with every dealership sometimes titles could be provided late by the auction, which is not within the power of the dealership. In addition, some customers may not pay their tag and title fees early enough, thereby delaying the process of receiving their tag. I was even there when Veronica, one of the negative reviewers, was unwilling to pay late fees for late payment for tag and title, even when she delayed in paying her tag and title to DMV. You see what i mean. Give credit to whom credit is due. My family and friends have bought more than 5 cars there.”
