“My husband has been looking for a second work van as we are expanding our flooring business. We have been looking for a couple of months and everything we would find would have outrageous prices with even more outrageous mileage.
We ran across a van, 2 hours away from home on a Friday afternoon at 5. We took the chance and called and sure enough, they answered the phone and today, Saturday, we drove and seen the van. Not only is it perfect, the owner is the most honest person I have ever had the opportunity in meeting. Her prices are fair you can tell that their integrity is unmatched in the car sales business. I was in the market for a van after being without a car for nearly a year after a hit and run. From the moment I started interacting with these guys, their professionalism, kindness, and patience stood out. I’ve had some bad experiences with car dealerships in the past but I promise - these guys are different! No fluff, no crap, just straight business. I didn’t feel pressured at any point, they allowed me to move at my own pace, test drive the car and I was in and out (would have been same day but I had some trouble with insurance that needed time to be sorted). Overall im sooooooooo happy with my experience, with how kind they were in explaining everything, and for advocating for me to get financing done. Noah - you are a rockstar. Thank you for being so kind, patient and having probably the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced while buying a car. Chris - I appreciate you taking the time to explain the financing and interest rates and helping to advocate for me to get the job done.
