Would give 0 stars if I could. They don’t pick up the phone, extremely uncomfortable “customer service”, and absolutely zero help, it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. Writing this as I have called 13 times now this morning and no one has picked up. If you hate your job that much, QUIT.

This post office is ridiculous, they have somewhat of a stank attitude and don't seem happy to have a job/career. I hate that this is the closest postal service near me.

Only allows 4 people in at a time. Only has one employee working and super long line. Also closes in the middle of the day for an hour or more. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, it’s the west end where people actually need jobs ?

I got a delivery in a parcel locker at my address, but the Mail lady didn’t leave a key so I can get the package. Then they basically lied about sending someone to check the locker for my package. I filed a claim and waiting to see if I can get a refund. And a while ago they put my package in the wrong mailbox. That issue was resolved but the workers at this location don’t know what they’re doing.

I have waited patiently for a social security check which is for someone else. I got clear understanding that it was mailed out but the post office must have stolen it. I hate to use that phrase but no one seems to take the situation seriously,

This place is absolutely horrible. Ashley, the manager, is absolutely incompetent and should not be employed in any customer service agency. I’ve reported her so many times, a spiteful woman who clearly is projecting her awful life on to everyone else.

My W’2 was posted on my daily post on yesterday January 23, 2024. They are on my list for delivery. So I said maybe they will come tomorrow. They were not delivered today. I pray to God that my W’2 was not put in someone else’s mailbox. These are my daughters W’s 2’s Ayana Jennings. I am expecting a speedy response. The worst thing is when you call you get an automated system to speak to and then it’s gonna take up to 3 business days for someone to call you back!
