Closed throughout the day. Always closes early. One employee handling the entire front end at all time and no sense of urgency. I wish I didn’t have to use USPS at all.

It is 04/14/26 at 4:45p. The doors to are locked, but services are supposed to be available until 5:00p. It is the day before taxes are due to be filed. Not sure how the postmaster allows employees to close early.

Everybody goes on lunch at the same time . Say they will be back at 2:10 lobby full of people and they standing there looking at us and the doors are locked. Been here since 2 and it’s now 2:17 and we are still waiting in line. This is ridiculous. Why do they all has to go on break at the same time.
