1 person working, 10 people in line. People in the back that could be working just chatting. Hate that is so close to my house but I dislike it so much

It is not a holiday and the post office is closed before office hours. People were in line to use the services but the office was closed.

Apparently only 4 people can be in the store at a time? Idk when that became a rule, but if it’s not crowded in the store, why would you route the line outside? If it’s not one thing it’s another with this place. Go somewhere else.
