The worst PO I have ever stepped foot in. Extremely rude, belligerent, disrespectful woman (no name tag of course) began yelling at me and refused to allow me to speak or answer any questions after I initially asked about my mail or how I would be able to obtain it. A calm man (believe a supervisor) spoke with me after like a normal human following her outburst. Meanwhile, she continues yelling from across the room while we were talking making irrelevant statements since she had no idea what was actually going on with my mail or situation.She then says she’s going on a break and walks out with a line of people waiting.Not sure why this kind of behavior would be tolerated and couldn’t imagine speaking to someone else the way this woman did.

Man when I Tell u That They Are No Help. The Old Lady Cranky Instead Of Retiring. Supervisor young. She let them run her. They literally help with nothing. Only thing they say is, go online for everything, what’s the purpose of y’all being open ? The government definitely pays these ppl to be lazy. My mail is missing. Important documents. They wouldn’t even go check to see if it’s there or not .I’m waiting on a response from corporate and others.

Ridiculously rude staff. Package wasn’t delivered because it was too heavy, didn’t leave a note or try and get help. I called to figure out how to get it to me, they ignored my call three times before picking up with an attitude.Basically told me it was too heavy and to come get it myself. I told them I couldn’t get it myself and that was the whole point of getting it delivered…I understand if the delivery driver can’t carry it but they were incredibly rude when I was trying to understand the situation and find a solution. Horrible customer service.

The worst post office customer service ever. The fact that USPS keeps these staff members is appalling. This lady Ms Williams who is apparently a manager talks to people like they are children. We own an apartment building in 30310 with 6 units on short term rentals. She tells me if someone is there i can't get keys. I'm like the units are on short term rentals and no one is there unless its booked on airbnb. When I have long term tenants I need to provide a mailbox key. She won't even listen. I said okay keep the keys then and I won't pay for anything.

Went to the post office yesterday and when I pulled up a couple ladies was waiting at the inside main door . They had been standing at the door for 15 minutes before I pulled up . I asked what was going on they didn’t know the door was locked and the lady worker was inside at the far counter space , we knocked in the door the worker didn’t look up didn’t say anything . We stood around for anything 7-8 minutes she finally came to the door and taped a note stating that they was on break from 1:00pm till 2:15pm the picture I posted was around 1:20pm . The fact that she sat and didn’t say anything and came to the door and didn’t acknowledge us customers . Kinda more than so rude . Her customer service was a 0/10 and they are always short staff and dry working but never had this problem with doors being closed .Customer service 0/10Overall on a regular day 6/10

Krystal Gartrell is an ABW with a nasty attitude who works there. I wouldn't allow her to talk to me any kind of way and she locked my PO Box to deny me access. Had to get Washington involved. I finally was able to speak to a manager yesterday. He looked more like someone who would manages a shift at McDonalds. He looked like he was high! He was more interested in making personal calls in the parking lot.Hours of operation are a suggestion. They do what they want to do!

Just seeing the star rating should be enough to tell you to absolutely avoid this location. But if you’re reading this, do not waste your time because most likely it won’t even be open.

Never ever ever stop here.They are seldom open, never have supplies (no variation of stamps, no money orders, no tape) There is only 1 teller and her disposition is poor. At random hours the main door is locked and you will not have access to your POBox. There is never an apology to the community or seniors they serve. I am always tested in my patience here and don't know why i torture myself.

The worst post office in the world! I despise going there and will drive out of my way to go to another one. The lady at the desk is 100% RUDE every time I go there and so is her manager. And not rude to me, because I don't say anything to her as I have watched her be rude to the elderly, veterans and pretty much everyone. Once she got into an argument with someone over using the tape. An elderly lady in line (not involved in the argument) told her not to worry and let the man ruin her day. Do you know what she said? Don't talk to me ma'am! The lady was trying to explain that she was just encouraging her and she just kept repeating DONT TALK TO ME! She doesn't deserve to be at the front of any establishment. I feel sorry for anyone who HAS TO go to this post office.

The worst post office ever, why is the post offices closed at 2:30pm if it’s suppose to close at 5pm , there’s no note or anything posted then the workers sit and hit in the back while the door is locked . This is ridiculous

In the past, the lobby would still be open at 2:45 PM. Now, as of late, the lobby remains closed. Second time I tried to go to lobby to buy 1 stamped envelope.I talked to a mail carrier once last week and apparently no came in to work the counter. I don't know if the hours has been cut back, they went on strike, or any other possibly that the counter, as if February 15th, is closed.I guess I well have to try and go to another post office.

Rude person at counter!! Instead of asking me how can i help you she stated with an attitude "what are you doing" Only 4 ppl allowed inside at a time and there is no self kiosk here! If you're gonna short staff the POSt office at least have a self help kiosk

The published hours of operation are a suggestion at best.The staff makes their own hours. Yesterday they closed at 3pm (instead of 5pm). Today they were closed at 2pm - 3 hours early.

Unreliable service. Sometimes they close the counter for unknown reasons. Oftentimes there's only one associate working and there can be pretty long lines. There's no self-service kiosk. They recently destroyed a roll of film that I shot from a friend's wedding and didn't even notify me.Mail carriers out of this location are often pretty late to deliver and sometimes don't at all if someone is parked in front of my mailbox.The only redeeming qualities is that they have PO boxes, so the lobby has late access to drop off letters and small packages; and that the location is near my house.I'd avoid using the service counter here if you can. Just use the PO boxes and dropoff slot. The Hapeville location is my go-to for important mail. They also have the self-service kiosks you can use after-hours.
