What a waste of a trip. First and last time coming here. In the middle of the day at 1:38 pm. Judging from the reviews, there was no way I was gonna leave my package without a receipt.

I’ve never had an issue with this post office. This office could employ more workers, however, the postal worker was very pleasant to me.

Racist clerk alert:
When I asked if the tape by the wall were the ones they were selling, she rolled her eyes and said “it said tape on them”, and after I put it back and decided to leave she asked in front of every one in the door “where did you put the tape”
I was the only Asian in the store, and I felt unjustifiably discriminated against. Don’t know if she s racist, but I definitely felt like I was being judged as an Asian.

Okay. When I clicked on this post office to leave a review I COMPLETELY felt justified in my feelings. This is the WORST Dunwoody location. The service is absolutely horrible and based on all the reviews they clearly do not care. I only came here because my normal one is closed on Saturdays. The short African American woman garbed in red was SO rude to me! And I asked her coworker for the name of the manager and she said she didn't know the name of the manager. Their service was rude and unprofessional. It's crazy that people feel they can treat customers like trash and keep getting away with it at work. Unacceptable!!

The lady was rude and didn’t care about other people’s time she she was late from her lunch for 20 minutes and when I and other customers knocked on the window she said it’s going to make her end her lunch faster. Additionally, when we asked to at least change the sign she said she doesn’t care and she isn’t going to change the sign. She has no regard for other people’s time I will never be coming back.

Idk what everyone expects from USPS but I’ve been shipping packages through this post office without any issues. And everyone saying the staff is rude…they really aren’t, they’re just doing their job. And most of the times are friendly, smiling and answer any questions. It’s not a premium service, hence you don’t pay UPS or FedEx Premiums. I’ve gotten money orders and other services and it’s all been fine.
If you have a problem with your post office, maybe speak to your state and county representatives, and don’t vote in people who aren’t interested in improving USPS for the public but privatize it for their own profits.

It is holiday time and nobody has time for the games from you all. Both dunwoody locations had signs saying closed go to the other location instead at 2pm today. So I wasted gas to see both closed only to have a worker blasting music in the back while people came in confused that they were told to come here for nobody to be working.

Wow- just when you think this place can’t get worse - it does! Rudest staff, worst service, broken doors that haven’t been fixed in months- terrible. Went in because a package I was expecting went missing ( said my house was “inaccessible” for delivery -what?!). When I talked to customer service they said it’s showing at this location and to go in and get it. When I went in the woman who “helped” me didn’t even move, wouldn’t check the tracking number, ignored the info I was giving her, rolled her eyes at me the whole time. It was so out of control I had to take a deep breath and just walk away. Basically don’t even bother with this location.

Employees are rude and unhelpful. Went in today, I was the only customer. Attendant rolled her eyes at me and refused to help or get up from her chair. Just gave me a blanket response that my package wasn't there. I think this is where the postal services sends their worst employees.

There's only one gentleman worker here, generally, and he's incredibly helpful and efficient!
