The woman in the hijab is absolutely horrible. I accidentally put the wrong item in a package and came back literally one minute later and she told me that I could not swap out the item. That is not true. If more time had passed, then technically that would be true but it had not even been processed yet.

Have to chime in and say that the experience with the woman in the head covering deserves negative 10 stars. Miserable attitude and very unhelpful.
