I always have other people's mail in my PO Box that don't have the same address, I've had several occasions when my mail never shows up in then months later the original sender gets it returned to them. I hope service gets better or I'm going to have to check other options.

Wasn't advised that postal rates were going up. They should have suggested buying Forever stamps. Lazy postal workers, as usual.

Lady at counter was rude as hell and raising her voice at me. She acted like I was bothering her by asking about best shipping method. I don’t get people who come to work everyday and choose to be rude or be below average. That must be a sad life to live. Put a smile on your face ?.

There is consistently only one person working and the line is always to the door. Two weeks ago I arrived at 10 (they opened at 9), the doors were locked and two employees were standing around because they didn't know how to open the place.

Rude staff. Even though there were only 3-4 customers in the office but still the lady at the counter sounded rude. Looked like she was not happy doing her job.

I paid overnight shipping for a packagelast Monday. It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, and the package is still showing at this location. I have spoken to 5 different people at the contact center, and all they can tell me is someone will contact me.The hold time is long to speak with a live person. Finally someone called me back on Friday only to tell me I had to open a missing package case. I thought that was what the original ticket was for. This ordeal have been so frustrating along with processes that make absolutely no sense. I don’t understand how an overnight package can be lost, and they make it seem like it’s my fault. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of service have been unacceptable! A little courtesy goes a long way.

I shipped a package from this post office. It arrived at my friend’s house opened and with nothing in it. The only people who handled the package were from USPS, so it was definitely stolen by a USPS employee. I will not be shipping anything from this location again. I am furious.

They close for like 2 hours for lunch at random times, the front is falling apart, and have the usual surly employees. The second star is they at least have a drop off bin for already labeled packages which is more than the broad st. Chamblee usps has (they used to but the lazy employee will just toss your packages into the trash. Yes this is a quote from her)

Today I went for an money order. As soon as I stepped in cashier lady welcomed with smile. Got the money order in min of time and came out. Great experience from USPS.Note: i went around 02:19 PM someone mentioned in the reviews that this is the lunch break time. But no, i got my work done.

This post office needs some work. Employees always act like you're bothering them. You can call before they open and still be on an hour wait. I've called multiple times before 9 AM. Nobody tries to help they just want to hurry up and clock out. Must be nice to be rude & rush through the job and still get paid.

This is the absolute worst post office in America. Have I been to all post offices? No, I don't need to because this place exists. What makes it the worst possible? Let me tell you: 1. Always short staffed (understandable, most places are)2. The staff are VERY rude3. The staff have no idea what's going on most of the time. It is like they don't even know what their job is. I suggest more training to your employees to provide adequate customer service.4. They have lost countless of packages . Many times I have received a notification that it was delivered, however never was . When I go up to the post office to inform them nothing was delivered they have no resolution for me. I have provided usps receipt of delivery and all they say is sorry, it's not here.5. I have requested a hold through the post office due to my mailbox being worked on at my apartment. Let me tell you...I filled that paper work out three times. Once online..they said it was enever in their system. Then I filled out twice in person and when I went to get my mail they said it was never there and there were no packages AND that I never filled a hold request. Lies because 1 week later magically the mail showed up at my mailbox with the exact same paperwork that wi filled out for my mail hold along with all the packages that were being held for 2 weeks. Lies .6 . They get smart with you over asking question if they can check for the mail in the back, then they are gone for a very long time and come back with nothing ( but yet as stated in no 5 so many of packages and mail were back there . They just didn't ,assumingly, want to provide appropriatw customer service.)I asked for a manager name and number and they told me no. They said there was no manager over the branch . I asked for somehow to get in contact with usps corporate or whoever is over the branch and they said no and gave me the usps number to call but there was no way to submit a complaint. All I wanted was my packages they were holding in the back but they wouldn't give them to me.Look im not the one to write bad reviews or complain about much. I work in customer service for a career, but to have continuously experience issues here is not okay. When I visited last time there was someone in front of me who was also experiencing the same issues as I was, so i know that i am not alone in how I feel about this post office.
