The lady with the locks was very rude she didn’t even look before she said she didn’t have it …. Sometimes being nice can make a difference in someone life she should speak to ppl with manners

Yahanna did an outstanding job! She was very helpful and nice . She was the best associate there . All the other associates were not as helpful like here . Another associate there was rude to me and had a attitude! Thank God for Yahanna bc I would’ve left a bad review there .

Faith was really rude. She needs to be trained in customer service. She was too busy talking to a friend the whole time, barely acknowledged customers. I don’t think she even submitted my forwarding address form because none of my mail is being forwarded.
March 2025- I went to drop off mail & the mailbox was overflowing. Mail falling out & everything! Be careful bringing your mail here!

Whoever worked the front on 7/28/25 was beyond unhelpful. She didn’t want to take any time to hear or help me. All she did was write down the claims website. And brushed me off. All I needed was a little in person communication to hopefully gain some type of clarity about my missing package and at least hear how the internal process worked. But I should have known better. People don’t care about you or your stuff like you do. If you work customer service with a bad attitude, just do something else, please! USPS, do better. Y’all act like a gang with all these packages not getting properly delivered. And it being so hard to reach someone to speak with.

Ordered from Amazon USPS was a third party carrier to deliver the package. Received email at 9pm the day of delivery stating there was an attempt to deliver the package at 10:24 am.First my carrier does not come until 4 pm so that means he scanned the package while he was on his route so he would not have to deliver.I was home all day and funny thing is my son received his package the same day! it showed I had to pick up my package and they would not try to deliver again!I do not drive ,huge inconvenience and no accountability!

This message is about and for Ms. Janet, who works in the back. I came today, 7/18, to pick up another package. She is awesome! Every time I come to retrieve a package from the blue lockers, I always have a problem. Janet ALWAYS comes to assist me without hesitation. She is professional, courteous, authentic, has a good spirit, and is so helpful. I appreciate her assistance. She deserves 5 Stars because she never disappoints. Janet, keep up the great work, and thanks again.

Seems like a really underfunded Post Office, but it has a training center? Concerning. The front desk lady with the long twists in her hair was really mean. Why not just quit if you don't like your job that much? Also, they spent like 10 minutes chatting in the back before coming to help anybody. Hopefully my mail gets delivered. It's not much better at the other post offices but nobody has ever been this mean before. She may want a fight, but I wasn't going to give her one. She'll have to be dissapointed today.

We moved into this office’s area about a year ago. The volume of mail that has been lost since then has been absurd. This includes medical lab results, wedding invitations, cards from family, Christmas cards, etc etc etc. Any reasonable person would have this location shut down.
