Front desk lady with the shades is unpolite and lazy. Half of the time won't even move from her chair in the back while being on her phone. God forbid you need help with something she will treat you like you trying to rob them.

I was frustrated and said some stupid things 5/29/26 at this location. The truth is my package was found and it was the senders fault. Oops...sorry

Train Customer Service immediately, I dont even wanna go back because I dont want to talk to front desk staff. Sad.
