This postal store is In The Mall and opens when the mall opens. The mall hours have changed which affected the post office. There have been several attempts to change the hours online. Hours are posted on the wall and gate of this store. There are no drop off bins outside the mall postal store, only inside the postal store...

USPS needs more staff. Every time I come to the USPS at Cumberland Mall, there’s only one person working while a lot of people are waiting in line, which of course makes the wait extremely long (20–40 minutes) just to get service
