Associates are very nice but the system goes down and there is no way of showing it online, they should have a way to display that online to avoid wasted trips

Came at 12pm on a Friday. No line and the young man behind the counter was very professional and efficient.

The absolute worst. I only come here for dire situations (e.g. returning items that are USPS only). They are randomly closed all the time, and they are severely understaffed so the line is either out the door or the customer up front will be doing something that takes at least an hour. Either clear you're calendar for the day or just don't go here.

They are always closed during business hours! Even lunch time break they don’t come back at the time it says. They do not care about the customers and close when they feel like it. Don’t waste your time here…

Notice at door informs closed for lunch till 4:15. Notice at window informs closed till 4, unless noted at the door, and closed till 4:30. They opened at 4:30.

This is the best post office I have ever been in. There are no wait lines and the staff is SO friendly and helpful and fast! Please keep up the great work!

Closing time was 6:00. Came at 5:45 and the store was completely closed. This is not how a business should treat customers.
