They are rude they will literally act like they are working and not give u service the people who deliver to my address I feel like are stealing peoples checks and debit cards because literally they will deliver until a card or check come they they will say the person who does the route don’t work there no more or Called off and when u file a complaint they give every bs excuse for y you never received it

I stopped by this branch twice this week and got two completely different stories - both from the same clerk.
Mon 7/21 @ 6:45 PM: The clerk said, “We’re open until 7 PM on weekdays; only Saturdays close early.”
Wed 7/23 @ 6:15 PM: Doors were unlocked, lights off, and that same clerk abruptly yelled at me—and at two other customers walking in—“We’re closed!” and refused any service.
Google still lists the lobby hours as 9 AM – 7 PM on weekdays (see attached screenshot). Closing 45 minutes early with no online notice, then shouting at customers who relied on the published schedule, is not acceptable—especially for time-sensitive mail.
Update the hours online, and remind staff that basic courtesy goes a long way.

Just had a horrible interaction with an employee. He was so rude and was being sarcastic. I don’t know if he hates his job or if he feels like he runs the location since he works alone. But distasteful. Never using this location. Be Better

The schedule is supposed to be 9am-7pm. I arrived at 625pm and they closed. Update the schedule so that people do not waste their time.
