About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. Customers have reported mixed experiences with USPS. While some have praised the excellent service and customer care, with helpful and friendly staff like Mr. Robert, others have faced issues such as slow international package deliveries and confusing signage at the post office locations. The lack of clear entrance and exit signs has been a source of frustration for some customers. Overall, USPS strives to serve its 157 million addresses in the United States and its territories, processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail. Despite occasional challenges, the organization remains committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery services to its customers.

I would love to rate it ZERO.
This is the worse post office ever: both the employees (the man and the girl) are extremely rude and incompetent. USPS should be ashamed of such a terrible service.

I’m not from here but stopped in to mail a letter. The woman working there was noticeably rude and dismissive. The interaction felt awkward, almost as if she had a personal issue with me. It felt like pulling teeth just to get basic politeness and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Office is NOT open on weekends! The lockers and self serve kiosks are open. There was a line a people all waiting to use the kiosk and apparently we all thought the post office was open.
