How is this post office even allowed to be opened, with the way the employees treat us customers. Very rude, disrespectful and they hate doing their job. It has to be someone that we're able to contact about this. If this type of situation continues then they may need new management as well. This can't be accepted at any place of business. The worst post office I've ever encountered.

The older man with the bald head (mid 50s) is disgusting and rude. I never really like writing reviews but his attitude had me so annoyed I didn’t even say thank you and walked away after I was dine at the counter. Unprofessional. If yall hate working at the post office so much you don’t have to work there.

I have never been treated so rudely at a post office. I had the most unpleasant encounter with Robert today. After reading the numerous complaints about him online here, I am surprised he even has a job. And I'm even more surprised that his supervisor hasn't Spoken to him about the numerous complaints he's received here. When I got to the post office this morning, the service area was close.I waited a few minutes to see if it would open. I decided to leave. As I was leaving I noticed an employee going to open the area. I followed him waited for him to open it. And then I asked very politely that you must have had a meeting this morning because you weren't open. He very rudely proceeded to tell me it was none of my damn business! I told him it was my business because they were supposed to be open. I then suggested it would have been nice if they left and noticed out telling us when it would reopen. He then told me if I didn't shut my mouth he wouldn't service me! My response, You've got to be kidding. He then said open your mouth and find out!My question is why is why hasn't a supervisor spoken to him about his horrible attitude. working. Why has he been allowed to be able to speak to customers like this.I will never use this post office. I will go to another branch or go to UPS.

I visited this facility recently to mail a Christmas card. I told the employee that I would like to send the card priority mail. I sI did not know that the supplies where over to the side of the wall. The other facility that i visit would have the envelope behind the counter so I was not aware. She was impatient very rude and unprofessional.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WON'T BE BACK! Visited this location on Weds.12/6 to mail back a package. There was a young African American lady with cornrows that was working and rude is an understatement. -She was out right DISGUSTING. I watched her close the door on an elder walking behind her, tell someone they had to leave to go buy their own tape (when there was an entire wall), kick another customer out because he had a question she didn't want to answer, and as I left she let the door close in my face. I am appalled that the USPS would hire someone of this low caliber who can't simply deliver basic customer service. The only positive was her male colleague that was super helpful and really worked his best to help out customers. I live in Buckhead and have no problem driving to a further USPS to receive better service. This one is an embarrassment.

Website says they close at 5. Lady closed doors at 4:14 on Saturday 10/28. If you’re going to do these things at least be polite she was extremely rude and apathetic

The service is terribly slow. There seems to always be a long line with only one mail person working.

Rude, rude, rude….and might I add, RUDE. The man of short stature working behind the counter was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unkind. Upon arriving, I was happy to see that there was not a lot of activity as my business would not take longer than necessary. However, as I entered and encountered the employee I understood why this location lacked business. Take your business elsewhere. You will leave much happier.

The USPS workers are usually nice and helpful. The line can get long since they usually only have one person working, but it’s not their fault.

The gentleman at the desk is hot and cold. He can be super nice or a bit rude. He may chastise people for asking a simple question. “Y’all act like you don’t see other people. Actin’ like other people aren’t important.” Dude, you’ve been chatting with that lady about her niece for 20 minutes, let this lady ask her quick question about where to drop her package and get over yourself. Or he can be super smiley and polite. USPS makes it more and more apparent that it’s government run. They have to find cost effective ways to compete in the world of UPS and FedEx and customer service is likely the best way to do that. But what do I know? I’m just a consumer. USPS site says that most lobbies are open with self service kiosks 24 hours a day. This lobby was open after hours for many years. The kiosks are only available in the Atlanta area during regular post office hours. There is no 24 hour self service. This location does have slightly longer hours than other post offices but you will wait in line a long time.

This is the absolute worst Post Office. I will drive 20min out of the way to avoid it. It rarely opens on time, the lobby is never open outside of post office hours and the lobby package drop is always locked closed.

Do not go to this Post Office. I mailed a check at the Pharr Rd Post Office. It was stolen, then the amount on the check was changed along with the payee. It has taken weeks to resolve.
