Employees and manager are incompetent and rude (except for sweet, helpful Fallon). I was sold a new phone without being told I would need a new kind of block to charge it — thanks, Hunter. When I (and my dead phone) returned the next day to purchase one, the manager, Chester, could not have cared less about the slip and straight up rolled his eyes. Did not even apologize. Not even the most basic semblance of customer service. High schoolers after school job could perform better in his role.

I swear to God! What I said below is true!
I used the Internet and one phone line only one month, But the bill is 289$, and when I return the modern, and then the bill up to 389$, even I call their service, after Half year the bill is more than 560! I keep calling , they said will Solving this problem ! But the bill they sell it to Debt Collection Agency. And they tell me I have 3 years contract! How can they do like this way? I use to use 65$/month internet, and 20$ for phone line. why I want change the expensive one ? Cause the sales promised me would me together no more than 80$/month, and no contract! I can cancel any time ! So this is the big company do this way! It’s ok, I pay the bill off , more than 560$ and never use again! My family and my friends all cancel Verizon! This case pass almost one year, I still angry!

I came into this location because my iphone 13 pro max started saying “No service”. When I came in I wasn’t greeted, but Trinity began helping Me. She wasn’t welcoming, or that well informed on how to assist. They tried to activate an eSIM card and an actual SIM card, neither worked. She then called technical support and they began the process of creating an order for a replacement phone to be sent. The manager of the store Roger I think his name is said it was fine for me to have the phone shipped to the store, because the last time I ordered a phone with verizon it was stolen, and the replacement for that one had to be sent to the store. This all already took over an hour, I thought everything was fine. Well it wasn’t, apparently the address of the store that Trinity gave to tech support they put it in incorrectly. She then said she would have to call back and correct the address, she calls and then being to rebuild the order. For some reason Trinity had her manager Remi come take over, I have no idea why. So they are on hold trying to get the order rebuilt, and Remi starts asking Me if I would just rather upgrade. I told her no I don’t want to do that, once I said I didn’t want to upgrade, her turn changed and all the sudden I was no longer able to have the replacement phone sent to the store. I say all that to say, this was the worst experience I have ever had with verizon. Trinity tried to help but my issue still wasn’t resolved. Remi came and took over abd was one of the most rude and nasty people I have ever experienced. I can’t even believe she is a manger as nasty as she is to customers. I wasted 2 hours at this location to have left AND STILL NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. This was a terrible experience and I will tell everyone I can how horribly verizon treated Me.

The bill is not worth it. I have two lines and my bill is $345 a month smh this is just beyond me so I go see why my bill is so high. I been paying for service on a smart house that I don’t even have smh then every time you late or cut off that’s an extra $80 for each line to get back on. Don’t get me wrong understand paying for late fees and such but that’s not my case. They will cut me off if I pay the day before the bill is due. Like they want me to pay in advance so the computer can catch it idk I’m just giving my time with Verizon. I know T-Mobile is willing to pay to get me back so that’s my reasons of why I’m back at T-Mobile paying $175 for two lines with everything I had at Verizon. If you are getting like five or more lines then this service provider might be good for you but one or two services smh nope don’t do it.

The entire staff needs to be replaced. Unprofessional is an understatement, they are ghetto, uneducated and rude. Switch to T-Mobile and don’t come here

My recent visit to the Verizon Wireless Store at 123 Perimeter Ctr W was thoroughly disappointing. Despite its prime location, the store fails to cater to its customers due to a lack of professionalism. The store doesn't open on time, and the phone remains unanswered. After waiting nearly an hour and finally entering the store close to 11 AM, an employee casually mentioned that "today is a late start." when asked about the store's business hours. This seems to be a recurring issue, as past reviews indicate frequent late openings. This unreliability is highly inconvenient, especially when trying to run errands throughout the day. Verizon's service at this convenient location is very, very inconvenient and disappointing.

I’ve been in many Verizon all over the country The guy “Hunter” Is worst “ Specialist” Ever seen in over 5 years. He doesn’t deserve free good customers. It’s so rude, trying to skip task to end fast with customer, trying to make me leave bc he didn’t want to help me

This location is terrible and I’m sitting here typing this review while still being within the location. I had a 2pm appointment scheduled and arrived on time (as instructed). It has now been 50 minutes AND COUNTING and not one representative has assisted me. It took 15 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Completely unacceptable considering I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. This has been a completely awful experience and this type of service is what has contributed to my switch to T-Mobile. If you have a life and would like your time respected this is not the place for you.
