“Came 3/09 and there were technical issues at the Costco cafe, and Hannah really stepped up in a hectic situation to make sure everyone got their hot dogs and pizza. There were probably 30 people waiting and she really took charge and got it together. Thank you Hannah!”
“I visited this Costco since I was in the area. They were helpful and decently well stocked. I went to buy an item marked for clearance but it didn’t ring up properly. They sent someone to check it out, who confirmed and they had the manager override the price for me.”
“Man this place is a 10/10 everything a trucker can ask for far as unloading time. They will get you in early and I’m not talking about 1-2 hours early I’m talking about a day early. Unloading time is less than 1hour and they have truck parking here. The pilot is right down the street as well

“Was scheduled for 2pm called shipping office ask if i can get loaded early. Gentleman was nice and honest. Told me it all depends on how many trucks that's here now And was scheduled to pick up before me. Got there five hours early one truck was here. Did not make me wait until two pm. Got me loaded and out in an hour.”
“In the past I have worked with RH in Buckhead and had adequate service. Nothing to write home about. Three months ago I contacted RH regarding a purchase and a concern. They directed me to the manager, got his vm. I left a message. He called back within the hour and I missed it. I thought, well, he/she did their duty and I will never hear back again. Later that day someone else with RH called and said they were directed by their manager, Jose, to assist me. I was thrilled with the resolution which was at Jose's direction. A couple of months later I called RH to check on a status update, the same manager answered the phone. He answered my question for an ETA, and I was on my merry way. Clearly this manager is hands-on.”
“They are quick to load. However, if you are Delivering. Make sure you arrive on time, they have penalties for late arrival that was unannounced prior to. $120.00 fee. No Bathrooms Either.”

“Was here when the doors opened @ 0700AM. Had an 0800AM was unloaded before my appointment. Per their plant manager, they have to have you unloaded in 2 hrs. They have a schedule of so many trucks per day to make sure this happens. If you show up late, not your schedule day for your appointment etc...you will become a work in. So just know at that point you can be here all day or even pushed to the next day. This place is awesome in my opinion. So with that being said drivers show up early and drop your load early or be late and don't complain about the all day waiting or next day, thats on you!!”

“Not sure about these bad reviewed. Maybe I’m just the lucky one. 8am appointment. Arrived at 7:15. In a door by 7:30am. I was 6th in line. Out by 9:40. 2 1/2 hours in and out. Hitting the dock is not for beginners though. But they line us up 1 after another so it’s a lot easier”

“This is where I was transferred when the Amazon shopper position with Whole Foods ended. At first they put me in the freezer to shop and I almost lost my legs - can someone say lawsuit! Anyway I have severe chronic anemia and I developed arthritis in my knees and lower legs. This is been since the transfer in July or August. I just now got out of the freezer; end of October.”

“My box truck broke down today and I googled mobile mechanic. After calling 9 different companies, with negative results, another company picked up. The gentleman told me that his mobile mechanic is on funeral leave. The gentleman told me to call AMPM , because his company and AMPM was the only ethical roadside companies within 25 miles of my location. I called them and they immediately picked up and dispatched a mechanic to my location. The mechanic immediately located the problem, left the scene, went to Freightliner, paid for the part, installed it, all without accepting a deposit. I appreciate businesses like that. I expected at least a $2000 bill, but it was well below half of that. My truck is running and I am grateful for AMPM. Keep up the good work guys, us truckers need honest shops like yours.”
