However, some customers have experienced long lines and difficulties with the drive-thru, which has been closed on many days, leaving only the ATMs available outside. ATM machines sometimes run out of funds, causing inconvenience and requiring additional trips to the bank. Despite these issues, staff members are helpful; for example, one customer appreciated how Brandon assisted with a title change even without an appointment. Overall, the branch is well-managed and appreciated for its friendly atmosphere, but it can be busy, and limited staffing may lead to longer wait times.

My son needed to make a title change to his account. We showed up to the bank not knowing an appointment is recommended. Thanks to Brandon, even without an appointment, we were able to be seen in a timely manner. Thank you so much for handling this matter for us!
