Very helpful staff. Always empty when we go. We’ve been maybe 3 times without an appointment and they never made us feel bad. They accepted our walk-in and helped us immediately. Every person that we’ve spoken to has been informative, patient, and knowledgeable.

Even though I came into the store frustrated with xfinity and their service, and after bad interaction with the phone supoort line - Armani at the Battery location was able to make it into a positive interaction. He was professional, helpful, and gave good customer service.
