Customer service at this store is miserable. I was openly ridiculed by the manager and employees for asking for a paper receipt so I could clearly see what the transaction was instead of having digitally dig through my phone. After finishing the exchange I came there for, I realized that instead of putting the amount owed to me back on my credit card, they split it between my credit card and a gift card that had already been cashed out and put towards other items I was keeping. The manager stood there and did NOTHING to make this right. The store and its staff are a joke. Now I’m stuck with a gift card that I will never use. My money will be spent elsewhere. Con artist company.

The cashiers in Men’s was closed, so was tye one in Kid’s, only thing open was Woman’s and there were only two people ringing who both had to walk away to find a manager several times while the line grew longer and longer. I eventually put my items down and walked out saved myself time and money. For the prices Zara customers pay we expect timely customer service and better staffing.

The ladies on the floor were nice but this is specifically about the older lady at the cash register with dark hair. I don’t know if she was having an off day or just bad at customer service but either way the vibes were horrendous. If that is how she normally acts she does not need to be the last associate people deal with when they are about to spend their money.

Absolutely horrible customer service
after my purchase I asked for the receipt. I was told that it’ll be connected to my phone.
I told the lady I was purchasing this for someone else I needed to give them a receipt and she comes back to your phone
well needless to say that never happened. Of course the money was taken immediately from my account, but if I needed to return anything, I have no documentation indicating that it was purchased from Zara
horrific process and procedures at the store In Atlanta at Lennox mall
And let’s not forget, when there’s a line of any anywhere from 10 to 12 people there’s only one maybe two cashiers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought a clothing set back that was worn once and washed and all the colors from the garment bled into the set completely destroying it. The manager on duty who looked to be African American with a snappy feminine attitude told me they would not exchange or replace since it had been washed. Although I had previously spent thousands with them which they could confirm from my phone number they refused to help. I would not recommend shopping at this location they don’t believe in doing the right thing to take care of their customers. Like I said 0/5 experience.
