Zara is a very organized clothing store inside the mall with women's, men's, and children's departments. It offers many beautiful garments and good deals on clothing for a reasonable price. The store can stay busy and crowded a lot. Experiences with staff vary, with some employees being very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, providing real customer service. However, other times the staff can have an unfriendly vibe. The store features auto check-out, but it is noted that there is a lot of stealing.

I just left Zara store at Lenox mall with my returns items that was way past my return date…but the manager and associate were kind enough to help me make that possible.
