After being mistreated by the 2 girls working the counter he went above and beyond to help me and make it right. I went from being nearly in tears from the 2 ladies behavior towards me to utterly blown away by Charles and his service!”

“The customer service at this location is outstanding! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A co worker and I had just made a purchase in order to get fan blades off an old fan motor. My co worker and I were in the parking lot trying to get the fan blade off the old motor with little success. The store was closed and all the employees were leaving and about to head home on a Friday. They saw we were having trouble so what did they do.... Not 1 or 2 but the entire staff came to our aid. Thanks to the staffs help we were able to get the old fan blade off the motor. I've never seen a team so truely dedicated to helping out the customer. I can not thank you guys enough and I highly recommend that others go here to this location for your Hvac supply needs. I can not say enough good things about these guys. Thank you again.”

I am really thankful this evening for Mao. He went above and beyond and listened to me as I frantically tell him what I needed and he even took the time to come out and tighten the bolt on my car so I could get home safely.”
