Experienced delays by waterproofing company that too a very long time to resolve and Britt's stored my flooring at no charge while we worked to resolve the problems. I have used Britt's for all my flooring over past 30 years and every time they have provided excellent service and product.”

“Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.”

Delivery was affordable and smooth, and the staff were helpful and straightforward — no pressure, no games. It’s rare to find good service and good value these days, but they’ve been consistent on both.

“Just want to say that we absolutely love this Home Depot location, we go to many due to job sites being in different areas (snellville, Loganville, etc.) But most of the time probably 99% of the time we choose to come to this location in Bethlehem, Ga. When we place an order it’s picked ahead of schedule, things definitely move faster and more efficiently at this location, the process is quick and easy every time. They are all so knowledgeable at the pro service desk. Billy, Gisela, and everyone there knows us and we always feel taken care of which makes us return to this location almost every single time. Really the only time we choose to go somewhere else is if something isn’t in stock and we need it at that moment. “The customer service at this location is outstanding! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A co worker and I had just made a purchase in order to get fan blades off an old fan motor. My co worker and I were in the parking lot trying to get the fan blade off the old motor with little success. The store was closed and all the employees were leaving and about to head home on a Friday. They saw we were having trouble so what did they do.... Not 1 or 2 but the entire staff came to our aid. Thanks to the staffs help we were able to get the old fan blade off the motor. I've never seen a team so truely dedicated to helping out the customer. I can not thank you guys enough and I highly recommend that others go here to this location for your Hvac supply needs. I can not say enough good things about these guys. Thank you again.”
“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”

I showed up to my local Home Depot and thank God, for John!!!! I showed up with this book in hand…. John not only help me understand what I needed but he also took his time to help me find what we needed. And he marked off what they had and what they didn’t. He was so patient. Thank you so much John.”

“Went to Home Depot tool rental in Snellville yesterday to rent electric floor scraper to remove some glue down wood flooring. Place was super busy but Mr. Walter addressed me and said I’ll be with you shortly. We walked to where the floor scrapers were and they were all reserved for pick up. Mr. Walter said there should be another one over here and began looking around. Sure enough we found it in another bay. Someone put it in the wrong place. Because Mr. Walter knew there was another one it made it possible for me to get what I needed. He simply could have said sorry sir they’re all rented out. I appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. I took the floor scraper back this morning and Mr. Walter was there again! He greeted me again and we checked the machine back in. It was very refreshing to encounter someone who was very personable and great at their job! Keep up the great attitude and great work Mr. Walter, you are the reason I will continue to use the tool rental department at my local Snellville Home Depot!”
