I came into the bank 6-23-25 because the automated checking on the phone was not recognizing my 4 digit pin when I called since they updated the system. The young lady, whose name escapes me, sorry, was great enough to helped me solve the problem. Thank you again, you were a sweetheart.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful, never had an issue. Been banking here since OZK took over. It's also a plus that the ATM is never out of service.
