I had never set foot inside one of these banks before, but I can say that this is now the only bank and branch I intend to use and the main reason for this is due to the level of service and professionalism I received from the second I walked through the door. My Banker Dylan was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, accommodating and explained every step of the process to me. He also offered me additional information and services the bank offers and made himself available to discuss these options with me. If I could give this branch a higher rating I definitely would.
