On top of a wonderful facility, the employees/staff have always been professional, kind, and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Always very friendly and available, which is a huge plus. “The location in Dacula provided a great friendly service. Equipment was available, functioning and clean. A very convenient location but the Uhaul online app is horrible and difficult to use. UHAUL must look into serious improving the checkin process. It looks and feels very half heartedly designed and causes customer an unneccessary grief. Its unintuitive, slow, and confusing”
