“Kimesha made the whole rental system easy and quick. I rented a cargo van and the app was confusing but she took care of it including my late night return. She was friendly, efficient, and professional- what more can you ask for?!”
“I always rent from this location over the years. The equipment is usially maintained. If any problems, just let management know, and they will fix it. I had to come 2 days in a row getting 2 diff. Lengths of trucks. The 1st truck needed an alignment and brakes. The 2nd truck drove so smooth.
Management took bad truck out right away to be fixed. All you need to do is report, and they will get it done. I will continue to come here.”
“I needed a last minute trailer and Chestnut Mountain Landscape Supply LLC had just what I needed. The rental process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to rent a uhaul.”
“The milage is a freaking joke. Uhaul gave me 40 miles for 2 days. It was 24 miles just to be able to get a truck picked up and then it was bigger than we wanted or needed. Uhaul do better. However, Davis Auto Care your JD is awesome! Very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Give him a raise or a bonus he is worth it! We'll be back but probably not for uhaul services. Thank you JD.”
“The location in Dacula provided a great friendly service. Equipment was available, functioning and clean. A very convenient location but the Uhaul online app is horrible and difficult to use. UHAUL must look into serious improving the checkin process. It looks and feels very half heartedly designed and causes customer an unneccessary grief. Its unintuitive, slow, and confusing”
“I reserved a U-Haul at this location on a Sunday night, less than an an hour before I wanted to pick it up. Surprisingly it was available even though I messed up the reservation & reserved it for the wrong time. They went above & beyond to accommodate me. This has been by far the quickest, easiest & most convenient U-Haul rental experience I’ve ever had.”
“I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Double Eagle Storage. They went beyond to be sure I got the truck I needed and made the pickup and drop off effortless. They answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. The truck was well maintained and was easy to drive even when fully loaded. This was a class A experience.”
“Thank you Paul and Tennyson for your help in purchasing this vehicle drives really good I love it ? I definitely will be bringing my friends and family to you ! God blessed Excellent Customer Service !”
“Great convenient location. Had a motorcycle trailer which came in handy. Terrific price. Friendly and good customer service. They helped place trailer on my hitch and secured it.”
“I been renting Uhaul trucks from these place for years, the staff is very friendly and helpful and I don't need to wait in line for service, trucks are clean and in good shape, parking lot has easy access. I will not rent from other places in Hall County.”
