“Great place to live ! Very quiet community and Maintenance was wonderful whenever you had a problem it would take them less than 24 hours to fix it. I lived there for 2 years and I would definitely recommend moving there. It’s a great place only wish they had 2 bedrooms. The office staff are amazing especially Colin he’s amazing and will answer any questions you have.”

“I rent this 2-bed, 1.5 bath townhouse for over a year and half and had a very positive experience. The unit offers a smart layout, great amenities, and several renter-friendly perks that made living here comfortable and affordable.
The kitchen has standard appliances, ample cabinet storage, and just enough counter space for regular home cooking. Nothing fancy, but definitely practical. The townhouse is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The community pool is clean and never too crowded, and on-site laundry makes chores easy without having to leave the complex. One of the biggest benefits is the location with the townhome being just 10 minutes from everything like grocery stores and restaurants, even downtown too. It’s centrally located but still tucked away in a calm area.
What really stood out are the renter-friendly features. A few of the features are: Water is included in the rent; they offer flexible rent payment options through a “Flex Pay” system which has helped me many times during tough financial times; during the fall and holiday seasons, they run fun door competitions where you can win discounted rent.
One of the highlights of my experience was the support from the team. Q is an outstanding property manager. She is professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. And Matthew, the maintenance man, is amazing. He is quick, friendly, and skilled. Any issues I had were handled quickly and with care. This townhouse is a great rental option for a young couple or small family. Someone who’s looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live. With helpful staff, great amenities, and an unbeatable location, it’s a place you can feel truly comfortable calling home.”

We moved into our apartment around September 2023 and staff made sure that we were completely satisfied with our apartment choice. To date, their concern is still the same. “I’ve been in this community for 7 years and what I love about this community is anytime a work order is submitted the maintenance ppl jump on the repairs and I find that to be amazing bc usually for any apartment complex it will take a week or even months for repairs. I also love how the leasing office is very friendly and they open to any suggestions and that they value their tenants. What I dislike like is the neighbors throw trash on the grounds near the parking area, how anybody can tail u in to gain access to the property, that they should have onsite security at the gate but they didn’t but overall a quiet and pleasant place to stay just minor issues”

“Beautiful and modern apartments in a great location that makes commuting around Augusta and surrounding areas a breeze, with plenty of things to do close by. With the overview provided to me by Chaz, I have a great understanding of the various layouts of the unit options and the amenities available. It is is refreshing to see well-kept common areas and multiple living space options that aid in making a budget-based decision that doesn't compromise on quality.”
