“I had a great experience living at Pinnacle Place, 600 Caldwell Drive, Apartment B, from January 2023 through November 2025. During my entire time there, I never had any issues with the apartment, only a few weeks before I was scheduled to leave. But, the new property manager, Christy, has been awesome and very professional, approachable, and reliable. We never had a disagreement, and whenever a real issue came up, she always had a solution and handled it promptly. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The apartment is less than a mile from Gate 5, making base access extremely convenient. There’s no traffic and no backed-up gates like Gate 1, which was a huge plus for daily commutes. The rent is very affordable, and they offer great military discounts, making it an excellent option if you’re on a budget or simply trying to save money. The only drawback is that most sports bars are located in Grovetown or Evans, and Gate 5 closes at 7 PM. That said, there are several small restaurants nearby on Tobacco Road, including Wings to Go, Osaka, and Korean Express, all offering good food at cheap prices, especially if you enjoy Asian cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend Pinnacle Place, especially for military members looking for affordability and convenience.”

“Great place to live ! Very quiet community and Maintenance was wonderful whenever you had a problem it would take them less than 24 hours to fix it. I lived there for 2 years and I would definitely recommend moving there. It’s a great place only wish they had 2 bedrooms. The office staff are amazing especially Colin he’s amazing and will answer any questions you have.”

He was courteous, attentive, and even shared local tips since we’re new to the area. My dishwasher now works perfectly—highly recommend his work!”
