“Ive lived here for going on 2 years and its been pretty great for the most part, neighbors come and go so who you get stuck beside can vary but I havent had any issues which brings up the next thing, shout out to the maintenance man, he is really top tier and any issues we've reported hes there either the same day or the day after to handle everything and i haven't had any problems when he finishes up. Hes cool to talk with as well even as he works and talks you through the process if anything new comes up during the job. 10/10 would recommend this place.”
“Great place to live ! Very quiet community and Maintenance was wonderful whenever you had a problem it would take them less than 24 hours to fix it. I lived there for 2 years and I would definitely recommend moving there. It’s a great place only wish they had 2 bedrooms. The office staff are amazing especially Colin he’s amazing and will answer any questions you have.”

“I just wanna say the team at Ventana, Cameron, Wes, Casey, and Ally are all amazing and I appreciate their responsiveness and attention! I've been slowly moving in and despite initial concerns in the beginning, they were able to fix everything without making it seem like I'm a burden. The buildings are pretty old but I think it's still a wonderful place to live in, you can't really beat the price for such a great team and neighborhood.”
“I just moved in a couple weeks ago and when I did the first walkthrough Emma said there had been a leak from somewhere and the cost carpet was soaked. The maintenance crew was in there trying to dry it out. Fast forward to move in day....I noticed the carpet was soaked again so I put in a request and it was addressed immediately. Thought the problem was resolved but alas, no. Also was having water seep up from floor in bathroom. Situation also addressed....thought resolved, alas, no. Charles Smith and his crew were extremely professional and handled my concerns with care. Eventually they figured out the problem was a busted pipe in the wall in the closet and a cracked phalange under the toilet. With the help of a plumber and contractor, they resolved both issues. Kudos to their determination to figure out such an odd problem!! And Kudos to Ashley and Emma for putting up with my constant calling! So far, very impressed with the level of service from everyone involved!”
“I'm 62 yrs old and have rented most of my adult life. Never have I ever given a 5 star review for anywhere we've lived. Until now. Holley is our 3rd manager since moving here. After the big storm, (Helene) quite a bit of damage was left in her wake. Recovery has been slow, Holley has been making progress and it shows.
Repairs are swift, maintenance and management have excellent response time. We just adore Holley. Please don't take her away. The pools open, the potholes are getting filled. She walks the grounds and truly shows that she loves what she does here. Happy team makes happy residents. She gets that. Having a manager that cares about her responsibilities and her residence makes living here doable. Now that McKenzie is back, I'm excited for the continued progress. So appreciate these two ladies! I appreciate Tony and Kendrick, too. They make maintenance happen and that's refreshing. We have to remember this is an older complex with old housing ACs and heating units, these guys know what their doing and when to call in professional help. For the price, it's fair. Sadly we have people who don't always follow the rules, picking up after their pets, picking up their trash, letting their vehicles break down. It happens. Management is on top of it thou, so it balances out. I really appreciate this team. Especially Holley. ❤ Maybe I'm a lil bias, 😆 Just love her dedication to her profession.”
