Horrible experience with the employees in this store. Do not even waste your time going here to ask for support. Filed a claim as we were in the area, the employee awful! Talk about customer experience. We got the phone replaced, couldn’t get it activated, the rep disappeared and left us just wasting our time. I asked for the old phone, she was like you can’t touch it! All I wanted was to verify that it had been erased. Do not waste your time with this store and it’s employees. REMEMBER BECAUSE OF US CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE A JOB! NO NEED TO BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I was in the Apple Store at the Augusta Mall. An active shooter was in another part of the mall. The Apple team lead everyone to a safe room and made sure everyone was okay. I never felt afraid for one second. Their active shooter protocol should be mirrored by all retail stores! Good on ya Apple!

A little slow and uncoordinated. Make sure you know their rules for appointments and picking up items that have been serviced. Don’t assume good customer service will anticipate what you need.

Everything you want and need, that’s Apple, is right here in one spot. There are so many great things to choose from, and they are very tempting. Let me add that they offer classes for everyone to perfect using all Apple products. I always enjoy visiting the Apple Store at the Augusta Mall. Everyone in the store is knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in today to buy an apple watch. Salesman acted annoyed and once we picked out the one we wanted he said it wasn’t in stock. I asked if he could order it and he said we would be better off going to another Apple Store. We asked if there was another one around here and he said no. So again I said could you just order it and he said no. So we left and ended up going to Verizon. Poor customer service, no trying to upsale to another model since this one was out. I won’t be back. Also I checked the apple website and could order one to be delivered to the store in two day but they lost my business.

Devin, Justin, Rhett, you sweet angels!! I went in with a swollen battery, and then dropped it coming up the cement steps to get the battery fixed. The whole back bottom corner was shattered. They somehow fixed everything within 24 hours and were so so so kind! I wanted to give such a big shoutout to these guys and again, THANK YOU! Words cannot describe how grateful I am.

Absolutely terrible experience in store getting an Apple care claim taken care of. DO NOT have your phone repaired at this store but instead go through Apple Support via phone to do so. The management of this store is poorly run and they take pride in denying you help while smirking in your face. Will do everything in my power to never deal with Duane, Eric, and Luna at this store ever again.
